These terms govern your use of the Sunshine Window Works website (https://www.sunshinewindowworks.com) and the services we provide. By using this site or booking a service with us, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or our services.

Our services

Sunshine Window Works provides residential window cleaning and solar panel cleaning in Boulder, CO and surrounding communities. A full description of each service is available on our Services page.

Quotes and estimates

Any price shown by the ballpark estimator on this site is exactly that, a rough estimate based on the information you provide. It is not a binding quote. Final pricing is confirmed for free at an in-person walkthrough, where we can see the actual glass, access, and condition of your home. Prices discussed by phone, text, or email before a walkthrough are estimates for planning purposes only.

Scheduling and booking

Walkthroughs can be booked through our Cal.com scheduling link, by phone, by text, or through the contact form on this site. Cal.com is a third-party scheduling service with its own terms; when you book through that link, you're interacting with Cal.com directly.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the work unless we've agreed to different terms in writing ahead of time. We accept the payment methods listed at the time of your invoice.

Cancellations and rescheduling

We ask for as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule a walkthrough or a scheduled service. Colorado weather occasionally requires us to reschedule a job on short notice for safety reasons; we'll always let you know as soon as we can and work with you to find a new time.

Access to your property

You're responsible for providing safe, reasonable access to the areas we're working on, including gate codes, secured pets, and clear access to windows or panels. If we can't safely access an area on the day of service, that portion of the job may need to be rescheduled.

Limitation of liability

We perform all work with reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, defects, or wear to windows, screens, seals, or solar equipment that we did not cause. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

Website content and intellectual property

The text, images, and design of this website belong to Sunshine Window Works unless otherwise noted, and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change.
